Item:Bockwurst
Description:A smooth blend of pork to which mild spices and a hint of lemon are added. We use fresh parsley and steam the product instead of smoking for a truly unique flavor. We only produce this product around Christmas and Easter.
Ingredients:Pork, Water, Salt, Parsley, Sugar, Spices, Lemon Extract.
